How do I cancel my subscription? +
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store or Google Play Store settings. Go to Subscriptions, find Nomz.ai, and tap Cancel. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account and data? +
Go to Settings in the app, tap Account, then Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data including food logs, progress photos, and personal information. You can also email us at support@nomz.ai for data deletion requests.
How accurate are the calorie estimates? +
Our AI provides close approximations based on food recognition and standard portion sizes. While highly accurate for most common foods, estimates may vary depending on preparation methods and exact portion sizes. We recommend using it as a helpful guide rather than an exact measurement.
Is my food photo data private? +
Yes. Your food photos are processed securely and are never shared publicly. We may use anonymized food images (not linked to your identity) to improve our AI models. Progress photos are never used for training. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I request a refund? +
